Our Story

The coronavirus pandemic upended all of our lives and we couldn't sit idly by. We were horrified at the availability of safety supplies that we had taken for granted, living here in the United States. Pre-pandemic, our focus was on apparel and accessories.

As a mom, I needed to protect my family and realized that I might be able to help protect others as well as I come from a family with over 50 years of experience in the garment industry.  Using this background and infrastructure. I reached out to factory partners who had access to fabrics with technological attributes.  Our factories and I realized that we could integrate this technology into high quality masks that could be efficiently produced and made available at affordable prices. Together, we created a superior cloth mask you can count on.

We were determined to build a better mask, but gaining technical expertise is not something that happens overnight. Knowledge has to be acquired, increased and developed over years. We are proud to work in partnership with our Swiss partner, Sanitized® AG, Switzerland's antimicrobial experts since 1935.  With their 85 years of experience, we are confident to offer you a premium, safe and advanced Official Licensed product.

This makes the cloth on our masks designed to be odor-resistant and to help prevent the growth of bacteria on the surface of the fabric. Antimicrobial-fabric masks will not prevent illness and face masks do not replace or relieve the need to wash your hands and practicing social distancing.

Our masks include more technical expertise from Germany’s Rudolf Group who have over 90 years of experience. The fabric in our masks use Rudolf Group’s intelligent moisture management technology. This wicking in the fabric has the ability to pull moisture away from the skin using tiny, built-in capillaries. Moisture is drawn to the exterior of the fabric, which makes it easier to evaporate, thus keeping your face dryer.

Additional all our masks are sterilized under a UV light system. They are immersed for a lengthy period and then directly packaged in a product bag and sealed with a tamper evident foil tape.

Our first shipment of masks were mostly given away to doctors, nurses, firemen, delivery people, postal workers, coaches, and of course, family, friends, and teachers. Their appreciation made us feel so blessed and happy to have helped in some small way. All this positivity motivated us to develop a business that integrates technology into improving our health, starting with masks, that could serve not only those close to us, but also our larger community.

Core Health Industries is based in California where our products are designed.  Every mask is made with love and pride in a certified Eco-Friendly and Socially Responsible factory in Thailand.  Thank you for your support as we all fight this pandemic!
