The sign says "We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone!"

Signs, signs, everywhere there's signs
Blockin' out the scenery, breakin' my mind
Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign
"Signs(originally by The Five Man Electrical Band)
You're probably not old enough to remember this commonly posted sign:

“No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone!"

This was the response in the 1960s and 1970s to keep long-haired hippies out of stores and restaurants.  Today's signs are designed to tell us to wear a mask out of respect for the safety of the business employees and other customers.  Some are humorous or morbid, while others are explicit.  All seem to be telling us to wear a mask or be refused service.  Here is today's version of "no shoes, no shirt, no service" sign for our no-mask hippies:
As an American, you have a right not to wear a mask........
But... just like you, Businesses have a right to not let you in, not serve you.
You cannot have it both ways...you are free to make a choice but that means accepting the consequences of your actions...
Don't mistake inconvenience for Oppression
Have you seen all the videos of people thinking that they cannot be refused service for not wearing a mask? Have you seen any signs you would like to share? Snap a picture and share it with us @corehealthindustries. As the same song goes:
So I got me a pen and a paper and I made up my own f––––in' sign
I said, "Thank you Lord for thinking 'bout me, I'm alive and doing fine", oh.
Show some respect for others and wear a mask. Hoping everyone is alive and doing fine and taking the time to share some signs.
